Dr. Edward Woo is the chairman of the Department of Vascular Surgery at MedStar Health in Washington, DC, and professor of surgery at Georgetown University. At MedStar, he grew a division of vascular surgery, interviewing and hiring many surgeons across multiple hospitals. He gives advice for fellows on how to find a job and negotiate a contract.
