Become a JVS Intern!

We are excited to announce a fantastic educational opportunity for vascular trainees! The Journal of Vascular Surgery is initiating an internship program geared at both senior integrated vascular residents and vascular fellows. The program is designed for those who have an interest in learning the JVS Journals review and editorial process. The goals of the program are to teach the next generation of vascular surgeons how to be good reviewers of clinical and basic scientific research papers and to diversify the reviewer pool to better reflect practitioners in the field, and the patients we care for. Interns will be mentored by senior editorial staff throughout the process and will be expected to review a select number of papers and produce at least one co-authored commentary.

Application: Interested residents, fellows should email the following items to jmcewan@vascularsociety.org, attention Dr. Ulka Sachdev, by February 1, 2021
